So with hotter temps (and increased evap) comes more top off cycles on my tank. I'd like to disable my ATO outlet if the pH is too high as my top off water contains kalk.

My code is below. I know it evaluates statements line by line. If my pH was 8.4 would this turn the ato outlet back on the normal schedule (1 min on per 90 mins off) once it drops back below 8.25? I guess I'm unsure if the OSC statement continues to "count" all day or if it starts to "count" only once the pH drops below my set range.

Fallback OFF
If pH > 08.25 Then OFF
OSC 000:00/001:00/089:00 Then ON
If FeedA 010 Then OFF
If FeedD 000 Then OFF

You have the statement order incorrect. The last true statement sets the state of the outlet, and the OSC statement has both ON and OFF states, essentially being true all of the time. In your code, the OSC will always override the If pH statement, rendering it useless.

Change the order to this:

Fallback OFF
OSC 000:00/001:00/089:00 Then ON
If pH > 08.25 Then OFF
If FeedA 010 Then OFF
If FeedD 000 Then OFF
