Anyone using 2 of the Maxspect Razor 27" fixtures over a 180 gallon tank (6' long)? My tank has two braces, and am wondering if anyone has had issues with shadowing or light penetration with their braces. Also, my braces are plastic (non-transparent) and are about 2" wide each. I will be hanging the lights appx. 10-11" off the water line.

I don't have the light fixture in question, but I have a 150g that I had made with two braces. Since they are smaller in width than the standard middle brace, the shadows produced are only a few inches down in my tank with the lights I use and don't show where I have placed the corals. Here is a pic of what I am talking about, and HTH -

You're good. I have them on my 6ft 125 with two braces and no problem. Here is cloudy shot that shows the shadows. Very minimal when the tank is clear and they are only high in the tank.
