Coralife 29g expansion leds slots

Hi

Week 4 of my running Coralife of my biocube (new version) and nothing has died! My coral is doing good, but the darn fans are so loud.

Anyhow, there are 4 empty LED expansion slots and I am curious in what everyone is using and why

I tried searching, but nothing came up for my specific questions

I recently upgraded from a BC14 to a BC29 withnthe LED slots. I put 2 blue LEDs in after talking with the owner of an LFS, he said the blues would help the colors pop better.

The one thing I don't like is that you can't run the LEDs without having the moon light on as well. If there is a way to do it, I haven't figured it out yet.

I have searched online extensively and cannot find much information on this subject. I may have to give Coralife a call this week and see what they can tell me.

all the LED's are controlled by a single drive, so you have to manually switch to run only a moonlight, at least thats the way it is on my coralife biocube 29

By the way, have you modded your BC29 or or you running it stock? If just stock, what kind of corals do you have, if any? I'm just looking for ideas of what to put in mine.
