i have had a freshwater tank for around 5 years now and its time to switch. I've been doing a little research and this is what i came up with i think? as far as equipment wise. for a sump an eshopps rs-200 with an eshopps overflow, pf800. for a skimmer i was looking at the coralife 125 gal. also with the supreme classics pump rated at 1800 GPH. the tank itself is 125 gallons. if any of these products i'm looking into is not good or junk please let me know. and if there is anything else you think i'm missing please shoot me a message. thanks geoff

I would recommend the MRC Skimmers, are you planning to go to a reef tank in future?

Ok well the MRC skimmers are way better than coralife. Don't skip on the skimmer part.
