I have a a 75 gallon full established tank, it is stable, clean, no algae, good filtration, etc. 0 Nitrates

I found a guy on craiglist selling his whole setup, I offered to buy all of his corals, he said I can have all the rock too with the corals.

There is red hair algea everywhere as you can see in the pictures, also some green hair algea.

I am wondering is it a risk putting these corals/rock into my tank?

will the nuisance algea spread and take over my tank?

Should i rinse it under freshwater before placing in my tank?

treat it in a separate tank?

Advice/recommendations appreciated

I don't think it is risky at all. The presence or lack thereof of algae is a matter of maintenance. With an appropriate water change regimen, lighting and clean up crew, you can bring the algae to almost 0.
I would still rinse it and brush the rock on tank water to remove as much as you can from it, but no big deal at all... If you are doing things right, it will go away. If you're not, youll get algae anyway... IMHO
Those corals are looking good. What is the red/blue on the left? I like it a lot!

If its only the rock you want, you might consider "cleaning" it. A mixture of bleach and water will kill the remaining "life", both good and bad, then after rinsing, a day in a solution of vinegar/water to remove the remaining organic matter, and most of the PO4 that might be on the outer layers of the rock. Place it in a container of freshly made SW, and allow it to cure, checking for PO4, doing WC's if necessary, etc.

Some nice corals in there... but after my Biocube incident, I'm "over" nuisance algae.

I'm pretty new to having a saltwater tank. I like the colors of the micro algea that have seemed to bloom but if they are a nuisance maybe I should try to control or get rid of them. Why are they a nuisance and are they bad for the live rock and fish. I don't have any coral.
