I have 1 diamond goby and 2 clownfish I feed them mysis shrimp enriched with garlic extract, some regular formula 1 flakes, and formula 2 herbivore pellets ( not all at the same time one for a different day).
I am wondering if I could use my cheato algea ( grows like crazy!), some garlic extract, some Sally's frozen silversides and blend that all up maybe with some algae sheets and freeze that like rod's and feed a little of that to them one day??
Just looking for things to do with all this cheato!

I have never done this myself, but I have seen people do something similar before, one of my friends makes his own food, I will see if I can get his recipe and post it in here

I don't think those fish you have would be too fond of the chaeto. Those prepared foods you already have should be fine though. Just like any other algae, you really don't want it. Just prune that chaeto on a regular basis and be done with it. JMO.

If you have a tang, then it might be another story...

Lots of recipes out here, this one is the most widely used.

I've not ever used cheato in a recipe, I've used nori sheets in my DIY food before.

Here is a start for you. I read this a while back. Good luck, have fun.
