Best 400w mogul 20k bulb?

Ok im running a 250 radium on the lumatek ballast as many said its a great combo.Im just not happy with it as its white to me and others that seen it.Its hard to see any blue in it at all if any.Its burned in over 200 hours now and something needs to change.So long story short im looking for a nice blue 400w mogul bulb that will still offer growth.I thought about trying a 400w radium but dont wanna be in same boat.Any thoughts on a good stand alone 400w mogul would be great.

I just put in a 400w SE Radium on a Galaxy Select-A-Watt ballast - it has about 40 hours on it and it's whiter than a 400w SE XM bulb (on the same model ballast) to me.

I've always felt the 400w radium was too white for my tastes.
Run it as low wattage as possible, and add some blue supplement lighting if possible.

yeah thats why dont wanna try a 400 radium on my ballast.250 is underdriven and still white i can only imagine a 400 overdriven on my lumatek........I need a 400 with nice blue that doesnt wash out and has good growth yet.I cant add anything to supplement as i dont run a canopy and would look like crap.If dont find something better then this 250 radium im going back to t5s...............

My tank height is 30" and am wondering if running it at 250w will give me enough PAR (there was mention that it's really a 360w bulb?). I haven't had a chance to take PAR measurements, though. At the same time, I'm using LED's to provide blue lighting.
