Hi
I have a pair or 6105s running on a 7092 for just overe a year.
Recently one pump would just shut off after and I would have to unplug it and plug it back in to fire up again. Now I realize if the 7092 is not completely turned with the pulses all the way down the pumps keep shutting off. Both pumps are also running with the 24v jumpers you sent me about a year ago. It seems like it could be a problem with the 7092 but I am not sure. Any help would be great.
thanks

Is it in Wavemode or Pulse Mode? Make sure the potentiometer at the box where you connect the power supply and controller is not turned down, this must be at full power when a controller is used. Also be sure the drive unit is clean and free to spin on the shaft, if it is binding due to calcium build up, it could stall out at lower speed settings. The only possible cause I can think of besides this where only one pump would stop would be a break in that controller cable and that can be repaired.
