The top ones are mushrooms, but they're not Ricordea. Those are a variety of Rhodactis, aka hairy mushroom. Most individuals of that group grows much larger than Rics do, grow faster, and tolerate a wider range of tank conditions.

i agree with rhodactis. good looking piece. mushrooms are a great add to a tank to add color in the darker areas.
