Is that Mavericks Wallpaper? Does that mean you are running 10.9b3?

I was going to say that ESL works in 10.9b3 so I don't have a solution. Just call or email. Usually they will remote in and fix the issue if it is a permissions issue.

Chercm,

Please follow these steps to correct the issue:

1. Uninstall the current version of Java
1. Click on the Finder icon located in the dock
2. Click on Applications in the sidebar
3. In the Search box enter "JavaAppletPlugin.plugin". This will find the Java plugin application.
4. Right-click on JavaAppletPlugin.plugin application in the search results and select "Move To Trash".
5. Download and install a specific version of Java located at the following link. Simply run the file and follow the prompts. http://support.apple.com/downloads/DL1572/en_US/JavaForOSX2013-004.dmg

I'm having issues as well and JavaforOS2013-004.dmg is no longer up. Since updating the Download manager yesterday, I am unable to find my wireless Radion. I can only access it via USB. And I get this error while installing the Ecotech Download Manager software on my Macbook Air:

The installation of EcoSmart Live Connection Manager is finished, but some errors occurred during the install. Please see the installation log for details.

That is an unusual error, if you continue to have issues, I would recommend calling in today.

I would love to but I work during Ecotech business hours.

My problem is similar, except the connection manager quits without error or notice, and fails to run.

Solution: Run a Windows 7 VM in Parallels. Works Flawlessly. Esp since I don't want to mess with Java on the host machine, I have a lot of work applications that depend on up-to-date Java.
