Jebao WP 25 failed

Only been running 3-4 weeks...noticed tonight my tank had no flow and the controller had no power. Checked all the cords, swapped outlets to a working one and nothing. Thoughts? Bought it from fish-street. Any feedback on those that have reached out to them?

i recieved two broken pumps ( wp25) of them... i had to send back to Hong Kong.... now a wp40 is running here.

update....they did reply and after a few short exchanges, they agreed to replace the controller. Sucky part is they anticipate it will take a couple weeks to get it to me. but very responsive nonetheless

if you have an aquarium controller you can hook it up to it and run it off the controller

Fish Street is easy to deal with.
If you got your pump from a group buy some of them are easy to deal with on returns or repairs as well.

Change the power supply cord. Mine went bad on my wp40. I took the cord from a to shiva laptop and it fit perfect

The WP40 and the WP25 have different power supplies.
They are interchangeable, but the 25 has a wal wart where the 40 uses a transformer in the middle of the line.

You can't just changer the power supply cord on the like you can on the 40.
