I have a pair of 3 1/2 year old MP40w's that have been running continuously. One of the dry sides is starting to make more noise than the norm.

Is there any serviceable parts, or can they be sent in for service, lubrication, bearing replacement, etc.?

Not annoying yet, but headed that way. The other one is still pretty much silent.

Now that these have been out for 4-5 years, has a life expectancy been established for continuous use? I have replaced one of the wetsides during this time.

I would recommend giving your wetside a thorough cleaning, and verifying the pin spacer setting on that MP40wES. If you continue to have noise issues, I would highly recommend sending the unit into us for repair.
