The LFS has a small one for 30 bucks and i know they are not a hosting anemone. I want to put it in my 8 gallon nano but i don't like the idea of it moving a lot. If i make a rock formation to stick him into would he settle there? I don't have many corals so can i take them out temporarily and wait until the anemone finds a spot to settle?

First off $30 is ridiculous! We sell them for $7-$14 here so search around.

Second off these can get BIG! Don't spot feed it.

It will move around so if you decide to do it be prepared.

Agreed, $30 is ridiculous. And they do tend to move around, and will irritate (possibly kill) any corals they come into contact with. It could prove challenging to keep up with one in a 8 gallon nano.

Worst case Sceniro is petco always has them for 6 bucks but I agree I had one and it moved around about every 6 days
