I am putting together my salt mixing station and when I filled my RO holding tank I noticed a small leak around a uniseal. I have since drained the tank and my question is, can I silicone around the seal or what should I do?

Maybe you drill is a little bigger than it does and your holding tank glass thinckness to low to compress the uniseal when you introduce tubing in it. Try to add thinkness (sheet of PVC, PMMA.....) between Uniseal and glass on external glass tankarea.

I encounter this issue :

Sorry, It's a plastic drum for RO storage. I drilled it exactly as instructed and it was a fight to get the PVC pipe into the seal.
