I gather from Pny's thread (http://reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2302136) that the MR10 and Mutiny II don't necessarily have the same chamber height, since he had to custom order his MR10 to accomplish this. Your website lists the total height for the different reactors etc., but doesn't make this clear. Could you confirm the chamber heights for the media reactors, the ozone reactors, and the skimmate reactor? I had visualized them all being about the same height (and just differing in the hardware extending upward from the lid).
