my tank leaked..after running more than 3 weeks
thank god i had my 20 gallon old tank running for safety. i transferred 1 clownfish and rocks over there and managed collect 50% of the water from tank to some containers.
For Sand.... i took them out to a container and kept them wet. Till the new tank arrives.
But my problem was that my rowa phos was kept in remora skimmer in a very thin cloth and that cloth melted in saltwater and roawphos slowly coming back in tank and the sand was getting brown. i was thinking it was a diatom bloom. But no it was rowa phos powder in sand.
Now shall i wash my sand with saltwater to take rowa phos out or should i let it be in the sand as it is??
