Does anyone feed Reef Frenzy exclusively or Rods for that matter? If so, do you have any issues with phosphate/Nitrate increasing?

I don't feed it exclusively but I feed it daily along with PE Mysis and a few other cubes. I don't find any nitrates or phosphate problems. It's a great food that I'd highly recommend.

I fed Rod's the majority of the time and now I'm feeding Reef Frenzy the majority of the time. What is in it that you would be concerned about phosphates? RF is probably the cleanest food you could possibly get.
Nitrates maybe if you are over feeding or don't have a CUC to take care of leftovers.

Not necessarily concerned, just curious. I’ve been using RF for a while, and very much like the food. However, I only use it for the morning feeding and use a mix of Prime Reef flakes and San Francisco brine during the evening. I’m just considering switching exclusively over to RF. Thanks for the info!

I would echo RF being very clean. Is the only frozen food I have used that does not kill the head on my skimmer (without rinsing, that is). Any food will increase nitrates and phosphates - just don't overfeed and have a plan to reduce them.

I do the same thing.
LR is my "main" food in the evening, but if feeding more than once a day i have some other foods (non-frozen) in my arsenal. I just like to mix it up.

Reef Frenzy is now my food of choice and I use it 90% of the time. I'll mix in some Brine Shrimp for a treat every once in awhile, but since using it 2 or 3 weeks ago, I can't see feeding anything else.

I'll throw in some Rogger's from time to time only because I have a pack in the freezer, but other than that, it's Reef Frenzy for me. Awesome food!

I use 100% all of larrys foods and find them the cleanest out there. I feed heavy due to anthias and have a large clean up crew nitrates and phosphates still low.
