Yes. In the wild fish eat other fish. Just make sure to feed saltwater fish to saltwater fish. There is something about the fatty acids (I think), that is different between fresh and salt water fish that makes it bad to feed one to the other. Fish really enjoy the organs of their prey. I expect you will have organs that you can also feed to the fish.
