Is it cheaper to refill DI cartridge? Or is it not worth the head ache?

I refill mine. Pretty inexpensive through BRS.

Think ill try that, I go through cartridges pretty quick and they aren't cheap

+ 1, less expensive and easy. I prefer to use a duel DI resin filter set up, you get more use of the resin by moving the #2 cartridge into the #1 position when the original #1 is completely used up. When you run a single cartridge you end up throwing the resin out before it is completely used up.
