what to feed Canary Blenny

I have seen a few post hetre but never really got my what i wanted. What do i feed him. i tried mysis, and flake and nothing still. I see him searching ,y rocks and I know I have some pods but not a overwhelming amount. if you have one please help.

Hmm, should be a bit picky, but not that picky. Give it another two days before she settles. They are omnivores like my Midas Blenny who is now the biggest pig for anything dropped in the tank.
