Is it possible to start establishing bacteria in 5 days of running biopellets?
I'm running a 1/4 cup of biopellets pretty fast in an aquamaxx reactor on a 180 FOWLR tank with very high nitrates and phos. I noticed the pellets darkened in color and my skimmer is producing more foam than usual. Could something be going on this soon?
