Greetings all,
Question submitted to the masses...

I am in the process of a 375gal tank build & a kitchen remodel.

I have a RO unit for the Kitchen Sink and Refrigerator / Ice maker.
This unit has 2 holding pressure tanks (2.5gal ea)

I have a RO/DI unit w/ 2nd membrane upgrade (BRS stage 6).

I am wondering if I should keep the 2 systems separate?
or plumb them both together for a total house system?

If I join them:
-1 system to maintain and it will be located in the fish room instead of under the sink.
-I have another membrane housing so I could have 4 membranes making water in a real hurry?
-system redundancy

cant really find any negatives

Anyone? thoughts? Ideas?

thanks
Drew

I see no reason for two systems. You will have the ability to use the DI for your aquarium use and bypass it for your household use?

I think i will have them plumbed in Parallel and turn on the other system if I need alot of water in a hurry... like when I am first filling the tank...
