Anyone know what this might be? Seems the be stationary, can open and close, and has sort of like many transparent fins inside.

I'm not sure but it looks like it may be Apaistia. If someone confirms it, get rid of it.

Not aptasia. Has a hard shell. And opens almost beak like. Also it seems like very small bits of sand come out of it. Also there is a black sponge that grew on it thats why the tip looks black.

Sounds like a barnacle. This (http://shiftingbaselines.org/blog/Barnacle.jpg) is a pic of a live barnacle with its "feeders" out. The small bits of sand would be its waste products, like urchin poo (if you've ever seen it -- it also looks like sand).

I thought about that but nothing extends out of its opening and it looks like it goes into the rock and not just on the rock.
