please help me identify what this is and how to treat it

I noticed these white spots on top/bottom plus tail fin and left fin

yesterday and today the two blue damsels in the tank with him have white spots also but only on the fins not gills or body

Might be Lymphocystis, a virus which usually goes away on it's own. But the white stuff on the fish's dorsal fin reminds me of a bacterial infection I recently saw on a Foxface. Successfully treated with Erythromycin.

yes that's what it looks like what would you recommend something like Maracyn-Two ?

I would use Maracyn-One, as it contains erythromycin as the active ingredient. You can use Maracyn-Two in conjunction with it if you like.

I cant find Maracyn-One anywhere. where do you get it from ?

I don't think they sell the s/w version anymore. You can use the f/w version (just double the dosage), but that will get expensive. Or just use API Erythromycin; it contains the same active ingredients found in Maracyn-One and can usually be found at Petco/smart.
