Jax Reef and Marine club would like to welcome everyone to our annual Holiday Reef Conference in Jacksonville Florida.

Sunday December 8 2013
3800 St Johns Bluff rd,south. Jacksonville Fl 32224
Doors will open at 10am and close at 5pm
Admission is 10 dollars at the door raffle tickets will be for sale as well (ask about our military bonus)

Early bird tables are available on a fist come first serve basis for hobbies.

This is going to be a great show our team has been working hard all year long to bring you one of the biggest/best shows around. We are bringing in a lot of vendors from all over the country as well as our local sponsors that have supported us as well as a large raffle.

We are also pleased to bring in some of the best guest speakers in the hobby.

Reef keeping pioneer Albert J. Thiel author of Nano-Reef Aquariums will be discussing the nuances of the nano-reef aquarium as well as many other topics. If you haven't read Albert's new book it is one of the best books available on the market today.

Keep checking in as there will be more info to come from vendors to guest speakers to raffle prizes.

Just wanted to update everyone as the show date gets closer "Dec 9 2013". We are bringing in 2 guest speakers this year Tony Vargas and Albert Thiel both are pioneers in the hobby.

All our earlybird/Hobbiest tables have been sold out and we only have 7 tables left in the vendor area.

Setup for vendors will start on Saturday around noon so that way you have time to let everything get settled in before the show.

If you need lodging for the show or want to set up a booth get with christy at christy@jaxreef.org and she will email you all the info.

Also we will be doing a tour of our local sponsor in the afternoon on Saturday and a dinner with the guest speakers and vendors later that night. All are welcome email christy and she will get you the details.
Raffle ticket are on sale. As well as admission tickets.

This is going to be one of them shows you don't want to miss.

Vendor space = 1 full booth "approxinatley 8x8" with electric and wifi access early set up the day before the show.

Earlybird/Hobbiest spot = Half a table in a booth to be shared with one other hobbiest "approinatley 4x4" with electric and wifi access and set up the day before the show. Tank size not to exceed 20 gal one light no MH and one heater.
