I ordered a new Skimmer from AquaCave on Sunday 8/25, paid for via paypal, paypal confirmed payment 8/25, order confirmed by an email from AquaCave on 8/26, yet, the order still has not been shipped as of Sunday 9/2. I've left email with AquaCave on 8/31, 9/1, and 9/2, but haven't yet had a single response. Have others experienced similar service issues or is this just a hiccup? I will be rescinding payment if I don't hear from them by the end of the day tomorrow.

I've had good luck with them. Remember that sat sun and Monday are holidays. It's Labor Day weekend. I had live chat support with live aquaria on Saturday and with discover card on Sunday. Every company is different. Hopefully your order has shipped. I'm sure you will hear from them tomorrow, the first normal workday since last Friday.
