What do you guys use to coat the inside of your canopies to protect it from the saltwater? Furthermore, do you take into consideration possible water contamination from the sealant?

An exterior gloss paint worked great for me. White gloss reflects light well too

Plain old urethane is fine. No once it cures your good.

+1 for DonW's recommendation.

I used polyurathane to seal my canopy as well. Lots coats.

I would suggest using rubber feet to keep wood from salt creep.

Good luck!
