Sailfin and plants?

I got this new rock from my LFS, its called premium decorative live rock.. it has all kinds of corals and sponges naturally growing off it.. including a neon blue brain coral and a ton of Halimeda Plants.. My problem is I have a sailfin tang that aggressivly never stops eating algae until its gone... will it eat the halimeda plants or no?

Suggest you divert the attention of your Sailfin with the feeding of nori!
