So I wanted to get some ideas on a sump design. I want to use a reeflo Dart pump and want to keep my external recirculating skimmer DNW-200 needs a 250 gallons fed to it. I am using the one reeflo pump to feed skimmer, chiller, tank, reactor, and UV.

my first idea

Everything looks ok, I would recommend making the first chamber a bit smaller, only about an inch or two larger than what you need for the filter sock holder, get rid of the pipe that goes from the main return section to the skimmer return UNLESS you want to use that's a refugium then it looks good just make sure it's large enough or you can controll the flow coming into that section. Other than that. Could you put two filter socks side by side in the first part? Leave the middle open? That would give you more water volume, better flow through the sump, and leave more room of equipment down the road.
