I set up my 30 gal JBJ rimless a few months ago and haven't really done enough research on what my clean up crew should look like. I don't have a full build thread yet, but the tank is a an Apex setup with a daily AWC program that changes up to 2g of water per day. I'll link my full build thread here once I have it up.

So, for now I need to get some cleaners going. I've had 2 reef tanks setup when I lived in Dallas 8 yrs ago, but they were much bigger and loaded with LR. Here, I started with dead rock and have been going with small frags from local reefers to get started (plus a few from DD).

My lighting is a Pac-Sun Triton S currently running about 30% using the Bali par program which yields a photo period of about 11 hrs. Flow is a Tunze 6095 with 3 different profiles that creates a nice wave in the tank at different times of the day.

Phosphate is 0 (hanna and Red Sea Pro) and Nitrate is .25 (Red Sea Pro).

I don't have a real problem yet, but I have noticed some small hair algea on the frags from DD, and there is some other stuff forming in places on the rocks.

Here's a tank view pic -

What would you recommend in terms of a cleaners?

OMG , your rock on a left side is standing in the air @___@
IMO, get a Scarlet Skunk Cleaner Shrimp( dont get Banded Coral- mine is very lazy and aggressive ) and some hermit crab ( either red/blue legs ) and some Banded Trochus Snail

I would go with a few turbo snails and call it a day. You can keep the sand and the glass clean all by yourself. GL.
