I just set up my new PM2 Everything is working firmware up dated both probes calibrated
now in the temperature compensation is saids select the temperature compensation in %/c, press OK
ok but what value goes in there?

You should have the option to disable temperature compensation for a PM2 just as you do for the probes on the base unit, and doing so would be my recommendation. The pH reading varies so little between the ranges of temps seen in most reef tanks (0.02 pH for a difference of 4 deg. F), that it's unnecessary to use temp compensation and sometimes problematic if you try to keep it enabled. See page 13 of the Comprehensive Apex PDF.

After disabling it, it might be a good idea to recalibrate your probes, after first bringing the calibration solution to the same temp as your aquarium.

Morty, the PM2 measures salinity, not pH.
