I have a question about the bio pellets

I'm getting the free canister filter and was wondering if I could run biopellets in it to reduce nitrates

I would say no to running them in a canister cause I wouldn't think they would tumble enough

+1 You should run pellets in a reactor. You need to be able to see them to ensure they are tumbling properly.
