need a biocube heater + nano heater

i like the idea of having one that kicks on when it drops below a certain temp.
we have a biocube 29 and a 3 gallon jbj nano

do they make heaters like that for small tanks?

tank(biocube) got really cold lastnight :fun5: scary because i know the 3gallon nano must have got even colder :sad1:
