app not woeking-android

My app quit working today, so I uninstalled and reinstalled it. All I get now IA an apex resources page but can't get to the controllers. Am I the only one having problems?

when you click on the app and it loads up you need to tell the app to add your apex. not sure what phone you have. if its a samsung galaxy s3 then you click on left soft touch button and it will bring up screen to add, delete or search
