What is wrong with my montipora? VIDEO

First, please ignore the bubble algae outbreak...the issue at hand with the monti has been around long before bubble issue.

This monti is growing like crazy (triple size in 10 months) but obviously has some issues... where there is color it is great..but there are all these patches? I have healthy beautiful sps and other coral throughout...parameters are steady and well controlled. Any ideas?

Yes, it is a beautiful example of the bubble maximus algaes expanding and basically taking over some rocks space....my new emerald crabs are working hard and growing fast....
