What is this thing sprouting from the snail's shell?

I want to say stomatella snails. They are harmless really. They multiply EXTREMELY fast! The produce a small feather like duster than can irritate corals but overall I think they're harmless but ugly. No real way to rid yourself of them other than don't introduce them to your tank. I have them in mine and I have a 5# chunk of LR encrusted with the bastards.

There appears to be Spirorbid worms all over the shell and a feather duster on top.
