Just got a red sea NO3/PO4 kit.
NO3 0.25 and PO4 0.04
Seems like this may be too low for optimal growth?
Should I feed somewhat heavier?
Tank is mixed with SPS a few LPS and zoas.

Sounds about right to me. PO4 could be a tad lower .02 or .01 ppm if nuisance algae is a problem. NO3 at 0.2 is the surface seawater concentration. Are your corals doing well? Waht re you dosing if anything?

Corals are doing well. Would like to see them grow faster of course. There is a fair amount of a red algae growing in the sump on my chaeto. I am dosing BRS alk/Ca. Ca is around 420 and alk around 8.5. I also recently switched to metal halides from T5s. I only have a photoperiod of around 6.5 hrs daily right now but will slowly increase to 8 hrs.

Those numbers are okay. They are high enough to support a lot of growth. More light might increase the growth rate.
