My Radion G1 serial number 07755612080219 fan just stopped working tonight. is there anything i can do or is dead? the fixture has not been run not even a year yet. well in any case any advice anyone or do i just buy a new fan?

also do i shut the fixture off?

Happened to me, I think it is probably a known issue. Ecotech will just send you a new light and have you return yours. The same thing happened to me. No questions asked, sent me a new light and i returned the broken one. AMAZING Customer Service in my Book!!!!

I agree on incredible customer service.

I had my G1 units returned for new G1 units with the updated fans.

Thank you Ecotech for not leaving me "in the dark"!

Yes they sent me an email today to call them and I did, after a very quick phone conversation my new light fixture will be in the mail today for tomorrow's delivery. Simply amazing customer service second to none.
