Is my anemone dieing?

Just came out to see my anemone all shrivilled up with thin tentacles and mouth looks swollen is it dieing? Should I pull it out? Never seen it like this before have had it for months an always looked happy as, have tested water all ok

No don't pull it out. It could be doing an internal water change. Keep an eye on it and leave it alone.

Awesome yeh it's already starting to look a lot better so think was just doing water flush as you said, thanks heaps
