what is this? It crawled out of my live rock after a day in the tank.

I'm reading mixed things about them. I'm still cycling and haven't added any coral yet, although there are mushrooms on my live rock. Should I leave the spaghetti/hair worm alone or should I try to get rid of it?

You can leave them alone. I have tuem, never saw or heard they do some damage.

They're fine. I have them and they've been there for years.
