So I bought a used 8 bulb nova extreme 1123 used from a lfs. He told me it needed new bulbs and some were burnt out( Big no no from the beginning) So I got it running on 4 bulbs while I ordered new bulbs, well I got the bulbs and only 5 of the lights are working I know there are 2 ballast in there but the weird thing to me is 1 that works is the sunrise switch, when I put the 2nd bulbs they both light up and then one starts to flicker, so the other 2 that aren't working I don't get would they run just 2 bulbs off the one ballast then the other 6 off the other one? Why do I feel like this is going to cost me more money
