I'm looking to build a 20 gallon long AIO nano tank and was wondering wat bout be good lighting for the aquarium that would also be easy on the pocket?

depends entirely on what you want to keep. For some SPSs, there's no other way than MH + Actinics, some have done well under LEDs. T5 HOs seem to be good enough for some LPSs and softies. However, some softies can do well under a household incandescent bulb. And finally, all my fish are currently very happy under no light at all. So there's no easy answer for your question.

I'm not sure what corals I'm lookin to go with... I have frogspawn hammer and zoas under a t-5 HO 10k and actinic and they seem to be thriving kinda wanna go tha route in my nano along with maybe an anemone. I like all kinds of corals but especially ones that flow with the current in the tank
