I bought a used metal halide set up and also a led light for my frag tank. My corals in the frag look stunning super glow on everything, but in my display tank it's all very muted just colors nothing stunningly glowing. I have no idea what bulbs are in anything but I can see that my power compacts are half like baby blue and half white... I don't have enought to buy all new bulbs but seeing as that power compacts are cheaper if I buy a bluer one would that achieve the glow? What spectrum shoul I buy any recommendations I want my zoas and stuff to really glow. Will I need to replace my halides or can I hold until I save?

Metal halides and power compacts usually need to be replaced about 9 months to a year. I had a simular fixture a while back and I ran 20k for the metal halides and true attinic for the PC This will give you the most blue and probably the best pop you can get with this fixture.
