Looks like a flower pot coral and would be an LPS.

Thanks, but it is not a flower pot the polyps are VERY small and to is encrusted on over 3/4 of the plug. I realize the picture i not great, but color varies from red to green.

I know it is an encrusting Mont, just not sure of the name...

Usually called Rainbow Montipora, most likely Montipora tuberculosa
