I am tempted to try an online store to buy my fish, snails, cleanup crew, etc.

I'll start with some snails to see how they do, but I was just wondering which site has the best reputation for shipping/customer service/quality of product/lifespan.

Live aquaria seems to be the go to place. Ive delt with blue zoo also. Had good luck with coral and inverts but no so much on there fish. All the fish ive gotten all looked excellent but never lasted. My best guess of why is I think they keep there fish in hypo and really need a very long acclimation or they just cant handle the stress
