I just upgraded my lighting to HO T5s. Looking at making the leap from FOWLR to reef. I already have a maroon gold striped clown and I'm looking to add a second and for a anemone home for them. Through my research I've discovered LTAs prefer sand, and I want something that will foot on live rock. However I like the aesthetics of long flowing tentacles rather than the looks of things like carpets. Any advice.

Bta. Most will have the long flowing tenticals in our tanks rather than the bulb look to them, and i also beleive they are a natual host for maroons

Hi, first question is how many bulbs does your t5 HO fixture have and what model?

A natural host for maroons is BTAs which luckily is one of the hardiest host anemones to keep

I have a 50gal tank with x2 24inch 2bulb odyssea t5 fixtures.
