looking for reviews!
it looks really efficient and excellent air/water drawn for the size, at a really good price.

I think everyone's looking for reviews on these things right now. I've been eyeballing these things since Reef Builders announced them at MACNA.

If I see them go on sale for Black Friday, I'm gonna pull the trigger and just sit on it till my system is ready for it.

Skimmer body shape is really similar to bubble king mini line, is'nt it?
I can not believe that nobody has purchased this skimmer!

Yup, it looks great on paper. My biggest attraction to it is the wedge pipe. I hate, hate, hate gate valves. Gate valves on skimmers are horrible things IMO. I've been drooling over the 150 model and plan on getting it for my 90.

With a internal pump on a skimmer, the skimmer is only as good as the pump. So hopefully the pump is good and easy to get parts.

Looks very similar to the Bubble Kings. Would be nice to know from someone how they perform.

The Elos Power Skimmers are also the same shape.

nothing is wrong with the co1, but I feel it'll in the small range for my aquarium (60g+20g sump, mainly sps coral, med biolad but with heavy coral feeding).

I'm pretty sure the new omega 130 won't fit in my sump so I decided to give the nwb110sss a try. It processes less water than air according to the pumps specs, and pushes slightly more air than the co1. Noise level is also a big factor so I'll see wich one I'll decide to keep!

I'm actually more curious than anything, it's fine tuning (my girlfriend is saying I'm crazy) :lol2:

I just ordered the 150 yesterday so I'll try to get some pics and reviews up when it gets here.

mine is running!
Running in 7.5 inch.
top notch construction, nothing to say.
Compared to the aquamaxx co1, it is a little louder, noise is coming only from the air intake, not the pump. The sound might get lower in a few days.

Obviously less turbulence in the skimmer body than the co1. But it seems that the skimmers body is filled with less air bubbles, and those bubbles look bigger, but it might be distorsion, or because of the breaking in period. it's really subjective.

Jealous.

I still haven't gotten shipping confirmation yet on mine. You got the 110 right? Can you post up some pics?

hey snee!
so far I would say that skimmer is better than the Co-1 for my set up
noise is down now.
very stable little skimmer

after 36 hour on a 60g+20 sump without viegar bath

Man. I'm totally hatin on that.

I still haven't received any shipping or back order info or anything from Premium on mine. It's been a week since I ordered it. Sent Jeremy a pm and sent 2 emails, no response at all from anyone. I'm becoming irritated.

Seem like a very decent skimmer.

Looks like there's some major turbulence in the chamber, but personally, I don't think it's a big deal. The old school skimmers like Euroreef, ASM and Deltec all had a lot of turbulence and they're still great performers to this day.

Mine's on back order. I got an e-mail late last night. I'm cool with it, just hope it can get here by Christmas.

I finally got it. Had to go through a different vendor after enough delays. It's together and in the sump but all I'm waiting to do is add water. I'm super close now. How about yours?

Just got mine tonight, it's been on for less than 2 hours and already pulling stuff! I feel I'm gonna love this monster (compared to the BH2000 it's huge!). Oh, I got the 150sss by the way! :)

Cool -

If I could just find the time to get water in the system, I wouldn't want one :)

Just been way too busy with work and family things to devote to the big tank. I have my office nano to keep me company for the time being though.
