This came on my live rock. What is it?

I bought some new live rock for my 20 tall yesterday and this little guy come on it. What is it? Should i be worried about the tear on the bottom?

purely as a guess, i would say a Sarcophyton. soft coral generally grows in the shape of a large mushroom with polyps all over the surface which can be long or short. they are pretty hardy so i wouldnt worry about any tears. as long as the new rock had been cycled and doesnt create an ammonia spike, it should survive.

Yep Sarco, I got 3 of them on a little piece of rock, today those are growing pretty well don't touch it.
