So this week I will be getting the Oceanrevive IT 2040 lights and a Cad Lights BR-1 Bio Pellet reactor. Now my tank has been set up for about 13 years. Right now it has just some fish (6) and 1 big piece of 12 year old Frogspawn. I don't want to add the lights and reactor at the same time, to much change at once. So how log after the lights should I add the reactor?

I would wait and see how the corals react to the new light. Make adjustments with lighting based on what is going on. If you only have one coral in the tank , it should be easy to gauge.
If things are looking good, add the reactor. I would only use maybe 1/3 of what the manufacturer recommends to start with. Add a little more every few weeks until you have the recommended amount as long as you like what you are seeing. Any negative effects such as bacterial blooms, cyano ect...stop adding pellets and wait for your system to stabilize
