a little more info ... I zoomed in with the picture. It is some kind of "bug" speedy and little.

looks like one of those snails that has its shell on the inside. cant think of the name off hand

Does it move? Could be an abalone.

Looks like a Stomatella snail to me. They are very fast moving. I got one in my 90g from my live rock and now I have tons. They are good to have.

If it moves around then a Stomatella, if it is stationary, then some sort of mollusk/clam.
Either way they are harmless.
